Below are the steps to apply our mortgage loans. For loan application, No Guarantor are needed to involve in secured loans from us.

  • Interest Rate :- 12% per year collateral | 18% per year without collateral
  • Repayment Scheme :- Minimun Repayment 3 months | Maximum Repayment 60 months.
  • Example :- Loan RM1000 for 6 months. Total Interest RM90. Repayment per month RM181.70.

    Previous or Current New Sales & Purchase Agreement that showing the property details.

    Title, Quit Rent, Assesment, Utilities Bill

    Provide orginal and photocopy of all latest related document & bill.

    Housing Loan Account of Statement

    Signed Letter offer by your current bank that can show loan details and atest yearly or half-yearly housing loan statement provide by your bank
